Compensation Fund’s new Integrated Claim Management System

In June this year, the Compensation Commissioner launched the Integrated Claim Management System with Western Cape stakeholders, which serves to improve the claims system for INJURY ON DUTY.

They are proud to announce that they have since migrated to the new system from August 2014.  The system promises:

  • Improved turnaround time for settlement of claims i.e. claim settled within 30 days.
  • Immediate claim progress feedback to all stakeholders.
  • Electronic submission of medical invoices.
  • Reduction in the submission of paper in terms of medical invoices – cost saving.
  • Management information and audit trail.
