With the assistance of Andries Laker, our Wage and Salary Survey for the primary agricultural sector is once again being conducted this year.

This survey enables producers to benchmark salaries across various positions against market trends. It also supports compliance with sectoral determinations and labour legislation, which require employers to regularly review their remuneration policies and ensure equal pay for work of equal value.
